Another week of too many
hours at work, and not enough with Jarvis. We took some precious time out,
soaked up the sun and played on the beach. But even doing that my little man
wanted me close. Always touching me just to make sure I was not far away.
So next week will be amazing.
Not only a whole week off work, but a whole week away. The three Js are off to Melbourne in the morning.
Last year Jodi inspired me to pick up my camera and
turn the focus inward. This year I have opted to continue with the series as I
feel there are still so many family stories to be told through photos. So I
will continue to Link up with Jodi (the artist formerly known as Che
& Fidel now Practising
Simplicity) for the 52 Project.
Hope you have a fabulous break.
ReplyDeleteGood luck with keeping warm, in certain city streets the cold wind can just about blow through whatever you are wearing !!!
ReplyDeleteHave a wonderful time together, wouldn't it be awesome to ask someone with a good camera (so they know how to use yours) to take a full length pic of a lovely, slow, kiss against the cityscape and print it in B&W, such a beautiful way to capture the way you feel about each other.
Hope you are having fun in Melbourne!
ReplyDeleteI was only cold twice. First day getting off the plane. The wind on the tarmac was so strong I struggled to walk and hold Jarvis. And the last day, (yesterday) I got wet feet. Hmm wet feet on a cold day, not a good thing.
ReplyDeleteIt was amazing. We stay in an apartment on Manchester Lane so it is an incredible location. So central to everything.
ReplyDeleteIf it was not for all of us getting Bronchial infections it would have been an amazing holiday. Was not fun flying with a chest infection
