STUFF ABOUT ME



Hello, to those who have come to my blog. I am thrilled you have stopped by for a visit. I have been many things, and done many things, and traveled to many places. But, for now, I am me.

Random facts about me
♥ I am 49
♥ I have two children, Tamika 24 and Jarvis 6 years old (yup you read the age gap correctly, both are December babies born 19 years apart)
♥ I have one grandson born October 2014, Chester
♥ I have one granddaughter born August 2016, Lola
♥ I love to travel and have been to 19 different countries, if I could get paid to travel that would be a dream come true.
♥ I have studied a lot, if I could keep learning for the rest of my life this would be amazing
♥ I have furnished almost my entire house with vintage finds
♥ I have three mains passions, photography, sewing (goal is to get better), and my family
♥ I love dark chocolate and good ice-cream
♥ I tend to overanalyze.
♥ I talk way too much, but am super shy

    Hey! Pleased to blog meet you. I'm also in Brisbane, although we're currently scheming a move out of town, if we can pull it off.

    Also have the goal to get better at sewing. Probably would help if I turned the machine on more frequently, but a girl can dream...

      I have done this travel over that last 20 years. I now regret I did not journal all of my trips like I did with France here on the blog. So many amazing memories

    Love your 'about me'! Also in Brisbane,also blogging, also studied alot (TOO MUCH), also love furnishing with vintage finds. Have you tried the gelato at Rosalie??? That is my alltime fav ice cream in Brisbane! The owners are 'almost' my neighbours (well I can see their fence if I crane my neck from my deck)...I'm trying to befriend them...my husband says it's more stalking than friending.

    Hi again Iliska - just thought I'd note our commonalities - I am the same age as you (well I just turned 47). I also tend to overanalyse. I've been to a fair few countries (although not as many as you) and lived in Canada for a year in 2011. I love dark chocolate and good ice cream too and I probably talk too much. I live down the highway from you on the Gold Coast. Nice to find your blog.
