There are dozens more like the two images above. Me being serious, Tamika acting up for the camera.
Apparently my bum is flat even in a puffy skirt, Tamika was trying to give me a booty.
This is the closest we got to a 'normal' shot.
This is the image I needed. A good comparison between the skirts.
I asked Justin to take a
photo of Tamika and I, in our skirts to show how the same fabric works on
different styles of skirts.
However, because we felt like
such dags in our matchy matchy skirts we found it hard to be serious for the
camera. Love my Bubby so much.
Last year Jodi inspired me to pick up my camera and
turn the focus inward. This year I have opted to continue with the series as I
feel there are still so many family stories to be told through photos. So I
will continue to Link up with Jodi (the artist formerly known as Che
& Fidel now Practising
Simplicity) for the 52 Project.
I love those skirts!
ReplyDeleteI have a flat bum too…I think it comes with the mom territory.
Although not caring about it also comes with the mom territory!
I am pretty straight up and down, long gone are they days when I had curves like Teak.
ReplyDeleteHah, can I make you and Sam a matching outfit?
ReplyDeleteWow Hun I love both of those skirts and would so easily wear both myself. You and your daughter are gorgeous.

ReplyDeleteThank you on both compliments. That is saying a lot as I am so enviable of your wardrobe.!
ReplyDeleteDifferent body types, different tastes, huge difference in age, but great to see what can be done with the same fabric
ReplyDeleteI love that you have said that :) Being with Tamika has always made me happy.
ReplyDeleteBit daggy of me to want Teak to wear it and take a photo with me, but it was fun. Now to ensure we never wear them on the same day again
